COVID-19 update. April 29, 2020
To all of our customers,
We are thinking about you and your families, and hope you are all doing OK in this crisis. Not knowing what to expect, the best we can do is to face each day as it comes with the hope that we'll get through this with the support of our communities. We want everyone to come through this in good health, and return to our usual lives and routines with new appreciation and positive vibes.
We remain focused on the safety of our employees and you, our customers. We have been able to keep all Drive-ups open during this COVID-19 pandemic along with our Call Center handling all incoming calls. As of this time, our bank lobbies are still closed – as soon as they are open again – we will let you know.
You've come to expect a certain level of customer service from First American Bank, and we want you to know we're doing everything we can to meet, and hopefully exceed, your expectations. We are here to help you whether you need help resetting your password or if you need a new debit card on the spot.
During this time of continuing social distancing, we encourage you to truly connect with your loved ones. Stay safe and healthy. We will get through this together!
Thank you for being a part of our First American Bank and Trust family!
