We are happy to let you know that our lobbies have reopened! As of this time, the doors remain locked since only 3 customers are allowed in the branch at a time.
Face coverings are required inside the building; however, you may be asked to remove it to be properly identified by a bank employee in view of a security camera.
Please utilize floor decals to maintain proper social distancing.

As of this time, our bank lobbies are still closed, but we will reopen the lobbies very soon. When that time comes, you will be the first to know.

COVID-19 update. March 22, 2020
First American Bank and Trust will remain open. Banking is an essential service as set out in Governor Edwards’ Stay at Home Order and First American Bank and Trust will continue to operate during the entirety of the Stay at Home Order.
During the duration of this order, we will continue to operate all locations as Drive-up only for the protection of our customers and our employees. If you need to enter the lobby to conduct certain business such as access to your safe deposit box, you can do so by making an appointment. Please call 800-738-2265 to set up an appointment.
For those customers who need financial assistance with loan deferrals, please call your loan officer. We have set up programs to assist you in your time of need.
I, like you, have never been through anything like we are experiencing now. While the past week has provided all of us many challenges with many more to come, we will get through this.

In keeping with our duty to provide our customers with the highest level of service, we’d like to share with you what we’re doing to help keep you safe and connected during a time of uncertainty.
We want you to have confidence that you can bank anywhere, anytime with the First American Bank and Trust Mobile app and fabt.com at your convenience. From there you can transfer money, pay bills, check balances, find an ATM, and more.
Following local and state governmental guidance, we plan to offer branch services through our drive thru facilities.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns regarding COVID-19, effective at Noon, March 16, 2020 all lobbies will be closed and we will operate DRIVE-UPS ONLY.
If you would like to talk to a real person at the Bank, we are available from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. - Noon on Saturday. Our numbers are 1-800-738-2265 or 225-265-2265.
